Dog Friendly Pubs in Hampshire Part of owning a dog is being
able to take them places and to enjoy spending time with them. Below are pubs
and cafes that welcome well behaved dogs into their premises. The Cleveland Bay 1 Pilgrims Close, Valley Park,
Chandlers Ford SO53 4ST This is where we hold our pub night every six weeks. They are extremely friendly and welcoming towards dogs. We are given a space so that we are not disturbing other customers and we are able to settle the dogs down. If anyone would like to join us please contact us and once we have met you and your dog you will be welcome to join us. The Coach and Horses Sutton Scotney, Nr Winchester SO21 3JH A lovely village pub with
friendly service offering brilliant hot food, ideal after a long walk in the
country. The car park isn’t overly big but
the pub is in a great location with some beautiful walks on the doorstep. The 4C’s Café Colden Common The Community Centre offers a
Café on the first Saturday of the month with the chance to enjoy hot drinks
and food. Well-behaved dogs are welcome to sit in the Café. Tables are spaced
out to give the dog the chance to be out of the way from people moving in the
room. Positive Training For Canines visits the Café regularly with customer’s
dogs to practice settling the dog in a realistic environment. Hampshire Bowman SO32 1GD This is an extremely friendly
rustic pub that allows dogs inside the building. They have their own pub dog
called Archie who was adopted through SCAMPS. He is a young Lurcher who is
very friendly towards people and other dogs. The food was lovely and staff
were very welcoming. We all thoroughly enjoyed our lunch and my dog was quite
happy to lay down under the table and go to sleep! The Swan Inn Barton Stacey, Nr Winchester SO21 3RL The Swan Inn is a small beautiful
village pub with extremely friendly staff. Dogs are welcomed by staff and
other customers. The food was very impressive and filling. You can either sit
outside and soak up the summer sun or sit inside out of the heat. Water bowls
are available for your dogs. The Otter Boyatt Lane, Otterbourne SO21 2HW A pub that you can visit all year
round with your dog. A fantastic garden for the summer time and space near
the fire in the winter. Great food and friendly service. The Old Forge Otterbourne
SO21 2EE A lovely pub with a relaxed atmosphere, where dogs can
lay on the floor undisturbed. Open fire to enjoy in the winter with comfy
sofas near by. Friendly and welcoming staff. |
